Manual entry controls

Mark already knows I want to control trailing stop on manual entries. There are many other rules I would add to manual entry control too. It would help me a lot.

Just adding this as a request in “feature requests” forum to hopefully make it into version 4 major update.

Would be greatly appreciated. 🙂
