Allocate more RAM to Strategy Quant

I have Windows 7 and 16GB of RAM but Strategy Quant’s Memory Consumption window only shows 6GB of RAM and it keeps crashing when I get deep in the development process. Is there a way to allocate more RAM to Strategy Quant?
