Problem with TDD when downloading data

Hi,

I am facing a problem when trying to download data in a Windows Server 2012 64bit VPS. Picture attached.

Not much information is given by TDD about the error.

Any idea how to solve it?

solved giving permission to the folder. User wasn’t administrator.
