Open new pending orders

Hi

Please could someone show me how to program the EA to re-instate a pending order once it has been stopped out (after becoming a market order, that is).

So basically, if I have a pending sell stop order 60 pips below the daily open, with a stoploss at the daily open, and it gets activated and subsequently stopped out, how can I get the EA to immediately place a new pending order at the same original price level (60 pips below open) and stoploss level?

Apologies for the newbie questions, I have spent hours going through the tutorial videos first before posting questions, but cannot find the answer so appreciate all help with this
