Tick Data Downloader – No .csv file

Hi

I have downloaded tick data but cannot find any .csv files, only .bi5 files. Does the new version of TDD convert to .csv files?

Hi Mike!

When you open TDD on the right side up there is option EXPORT DATA, under this option you can choose CONFIGURE and set automatic export to csv file.

1.) set automatic export to csv file in configure option

2.) push button export

Check the picture if you can not find it.
