HOW TO SET CANDLE PATTERN TO BE E.A

HI

i want to build E.A by using candle pattern, and instruction as follows :-

 

Open Long Position if:-

start trading Hours at 10:00 AM

If previous bar closed is buying, open trading in long position

i will set SL and TP

 

Start trading Hours at 15:00 PM

If previous bar closed is buying, open trading in long position

i will set SL and TP

 

 

Open Short Position if:-

start trading Hours at 10:00 AM

If previous bar closed is sell, open trading in Short position

i will set SL and TP

 

Start trading Hours at 15:00 PM

If previous bar closed is sell, open trading in short position

i will set SL and TP

 

I need your help, and if possible show me in step by step by attach screen short

I made an example for you how to do it. Strategy goes long if previous bar Close > Open and current time is 10:00 or 15:00

Strategy goes short if previous bar Close < Open and current time is 10:00 or 15:00.
