Importing EA in MQL4

Can the backtesting software (Quant Analyzer) import an existing EA written in MQL4 format and simulate actual tick-by-tick live trading?

it is a misunderstanding. Quant Analyzer is not a backtesting software. It doesn’t run backtests. It “only” loads backtest results or real trading results and it can display various statistics or perform simulations like Monte Carlo, Money Management, etc.
