Non trend following strategies

I find that SQ tends to find Trend and breakout strategies.

Has anyone had any luck finding Mean reversion strategies?

If is anyone is having luck generating non trend strategies can you please share details to point me in the right direction, i.e. best indicators to use and settings

It depends on the pair and simply what works best for that pair. For EURUSD it´s usually trend-following and breakout strategies. However, if you generate strategies for AUDCAD, you´ll see that almost all strategies SQ finds are mean-reverting ones.
