My ea (from strategyquant) not working

I try to export tested strategy from strategyquant to mt4 but emoticon of in mt4 is angry not smile. It shows that ea not working. I have already tick allow live trading but it still show angry face. I also already copy all file of indicator from folder custom_indicator to indicator folder of mt4. I attached the picture of problems and also ea file for checking. How should I do?
