“method” parameter for moving averages.

I have a custom indicator that uses the moving average “method”, however it doesn’t show up in StrategyQuant EA Wizard. I have also noticed this with the standard MT4 moving averages, is there a way I can add this?

The classical env is based on simple average, I think.

This is old but I thought I’d give an update on how I solved it.

This only works for custom indicators that have a “MA method” input, it does not work with the built in “Moving Average (MA)” indicator.

I simply went to “Manage custom indicators”, double clicked the indicator I wanted to modify and manually added the “MA method” input parameter for my indicator.
