how to generate random automatic Magic Numbers ?

hello everyone , i need help on how to generate random automatic Magic Numbers ?

lets say that i have an strategy that opens a sell trade after every bearish candle …

and a very strong downtrend has occurred that have 100 candles , lets say 50 of them were bearish

how can i handle the magic numbers to be different from each other so i can have a sell after every bearish candle ?
