Moving Average Crossover EA – Gap, max distance, min distance.

I know these have been covered but I can not locate them in the threads.

 

I would like to know how to measure a gap between two Ma

 

Measure maximum distance from the cross over (bars)

 

Measure minimum distance from the cross over (bars)

Not sure if you mean you want to calc the difference between two MAs or just count bars between MA crossing?

1. measure the gap between two ma’s

 

2. measure the distance between order entry and the crossing

1) use Subtraction function. Set parameters to be Moving Average with specified period

2) do you mean a price difference (vertical) or # bars difference (horizontal)?
