How can I code a simple EA?

Dear Members

I want to code a simple EA.

If Open -Close = 10 pips(Previous Candle is Long)

A buy Order

And

If Open-Close = -10(Previous Short Candle)

A sell order.

My intention is to be able to determine price movement based on previous candle calculation.

How can I do it with EA Wizard?

Stop Loss= Previous Low + 3 Pips

Take Profit = (High – Low)+5 Pips

Can you please help?
