Building strategy runs since 6 days

Hi,

I am a beginner, and

I want to ask, how long the building of strategy would take? The SQ runs now since 6 days. I used EurUsd with 1 Minute.

 

I also set the filter which strategies would be relevant like Profit Factor etc…

 

Further, I used genetic evolution as criteria.

Well that depends.  1 minute data is notoriously random/volatile, and if you set the filters too high (like you want PF > 2 and Ret/DD > 20) you might be waiting an infinite amount of time.

you can stop it if meet your expectation number of strategies generated.

 

example: if you set maximum strategies in databank = 2000, ( ranking option tab )

 

then when you see in your databank the row has met 2000 then it is your time to stop or else it wont stop.
