GMT without daylight saving is the same as UTC.

So select UTC  + 3 with no DS (e.g. Nairobi).

I’ve been using Tickstory for a while and I happened to just did an import of GMT+3 tick data to MT4 over last weekend. I actually used EST+7 which is equivalent to the New York Close time zone, same as GMT+2/3.
I remember EST+7 is the first option at the top of the drop down list in Tickstory, and I believe last time they didn’t have this in the list and they added in the later versions.
Alternatively u can also use UTC+3 as Mikeyc suggested.
