Here’s something to know.

 

Within the last hour an EA placed a trade with Global Prime (broker), to buy USDJPY.

 

I watched it on screen, open the trade, move the stop loss and then close in profit.  However the trade did not appear in the MT4 history, it simply vanished as if it never existed.  I just had to contact Global Prime support and then restart MT4 before the trade appeared in the history as profitable.

 

I wonder how often this is happening now to traders?  :angry:

Woot thats odd, GlobalPrime is the best in the biz, thats very strange, first time i hear that happened at all,

I’m very suspicious of them now. 

 

They were like “how weird, hang on, the trade should appear now”.

 

How the hell do closed trades and their profits vanish?  They didn’t answer that one.

it happened to me as well with Pepper two times, after closing trade it was not in history, but the balance was bigger. its some MT4 issue probably.
