I purchased SQ. Where can I find the advertised bonuses?:

Where can I find these bonuses or information about them? I downloaded the “Gift Portfolio”, but that is the only item listed under “Bonuses” in my client portal.

I am particularly interested in the “e-book” and “online lessons” (and later the consultation). Is the e-book simply the user manual?
