    Hello,

Is there any RAM limit SQ work with? I do Robustness Test on 300 strategies and on the beginning strategies were tested approx every 10 sec, now is 800 sec. As you can see SQ uses 15% of RAM only (8 of 10 cores and 50 GB RAM)

    Regards,

    Krzysiek

hmm if you mean that you want to use more of your hardware then you can open more SQs just by coping you SQ folder another time elsewhere and use multiple SQ instances to do your stuff with :),

thats because SQ3 is currently not using all the CPU cores,

SQ4 will do, so in the meantime you can only use multiple SQ instances.

I can choose how many cores I want to use, so SQ should use them all. Even if not why first strategies were tested nearly 100 times faster than the latter

    Did you check this topic?

If you want more ram you can execute SQ with the -J-Xmx16g (in case you want to give it 16gb of ram)

For the processor matter did you set the maximum number of thread in the options?

I hope this can help 😉

I followed link and now is much faster and shows 18GB RAM insteed of 7,5 GB before, though Im doing different test. Will check later how it goes with previous test
