Global Variables

Hello,

 

I want to be able to write Global Variables that I can recall in the event of a reboot or restarting the EA.

 

How do I do this using the Custom Action function?

Hi,

 

if you define a Strategy Parameter variable, it will keep its default value (the one you set) even after restart.

 

Otherwise, I don’t think it it possible to use global variables in MetaTrader, everything is reseted to default values after reboot.

You’d have to use some file to store and recover the variable.
