Any way to include an indicator within a MT4 EA generated by SQ?

I’ve built a strategy that’s using StrategyQuant’s included SQKeltnerChannel indicator. Is there a way to build that into the EA source output from SQ so everything needed for MT4 to use that code can be included in a single file?

The video that pops up when entering the SQ4 Business tab says there is an ebook available on the Dashboard. I can’t seem to find it. Which Dashboard is it on?
