Ask Size is always zero in Data file

I created and download data for Dukascopy symbol: EURUSD tick data. Then, I exported tick data to CSV file. The CSV file shows that Ask Size is always zero.

Example line:

2019.04.02 19:59:56.846,1.12032,1.12036,1,0

Format: DateTime, Bid, Ask, Bid Size, Ask Size.

1. Why is Ask Size always zero?

2. Is the Bid Size actual volume of bids or something else?

it is the actual trade volume, last column is present to avoid some issues when importing into MT
