something new in B131 dev1 inside trading options

for UTC2 i dont see much reasons why to use these new options or am i missing something, what is the purpose of these new options in b131 dev1?

could also devteam take a look at this basic issues, that from b130 we are facing slowing down at 10%

if we run same projects in b129 vs b130 vs b131dev1 the b129 is faster about 10%
