Hi there,

my question is related to AlgoWizard and the signal Bollinger Band (BB).

f.e. one signal is: (BB) Bar opens above lower band, after opened below.

I have a problem with the understanding:

“The bar opens above the lower band (that is clear) after (the same? bar) opened below”.

From a logical point we are talking about 2 different bars I assume.

Is this interpretion correct: “Signal is triggered, if the second bar opens above the lower band, when the preceding bar opened below the lower band”?

Thanks for any help.

Christian

Hello,

yes, correct. This means “Bar open crosses above BB” and is based on two last bars
