Can not save and exit

Hi,
My SQx can not save and exit.

I wait more than 3 hours but not thing change.

Please advice me.

do you have enough hard drive free space at the moment you try to save the work? Please check and let us know

did it happen once only? Or anytime you try to save the larger amount of strategies?

Can you please navigate to the \user\log\StrategyQuant folder and send us the latest log files to [email protected] ?

It happen anytime to close program.

I sent log file to support mail.
