Hello, My and my Brokers time zone is EST. time zone, Trading forex @ Forex.com, But i don’t know which to use in cloning data ,

(EST+07)NewYork Trading Hours,US,DST,DST:YES

(UTC-05)New York US & CANADA,EST,DST:YES

(UTC-05) EASTERNTIME (US&CANADA),DST:YES

Your help would be awesome.

If they use the EST zone, you can clone to any of those UTC-5 zones
