Does the build118 version really support Multicharts better?

Hello, anybody use SQ X for Multicharts/Tradestation?

How about your test result? I Test  the build 118 for one day, And I don’t think SQ X support MC better now.

What is the real reason? HOW to fix it? Please.

Did you reimport the custom indicators from \custom_indicators\Tradestation ?

Yes, I have reimported the indicators from SQ X 118. BUT most strategies are different in SQ and MC.

Please send a sample strategy (SQX file + data used zipped) to [email protected], so we can verify

eastpeace, Did you setup exchange session in SQX? It has to be as same as MultiCharts.

This is a critical setting. If you don’t set it up, or wrong, the backtest results would be totally different from MultiCharts.

Currently 118 is still with bugs for MultiCharts, but compare with 117, I think 118 got a big process.

Finally move forward, thanks Mark and SQ team’s efforts.

BTW, I reported a few issues related to Tradestation engine on task page, please check them.

Hopefully all issues can be fixed in this month.

When is Build 119 going to be releasing?

Hi, the plan is to release v119 on 22nd February if developers manage to implement all the important tasks

There are few issues of Tradestation engine haven’t been reviewed which I reported.

eastpeace – if you haven’t done it yet, please create a bug task for it and attach your strategy/strategies that don’t match between SQ and Tradestation/ Multicharts.

We are still working on fully implementing these trading platforms, we identified some more bugs that will be fixed in next 119 build.
