    Hi,

    I have the pro version of Quant Data Manager

    I am downloading the tick data from Dukascopy for the GBPJPY but when it gets about three quarters of the way through it stops and displays the word “Error !”.

    I have attempted it three times now with the same result.

    How can I find out what the error is”

    Hello,

    the best if you send us the log from the folder QuantDataManager \ user \ log \ QuantDataManager to support@strategyquant.com … we will have to analyze it why the download stops like this
