Downloading Futures Data Error

Hi,

I have the Ultimate version of StrategyQuant Data Manager

I am downloading the M1 data from SQ Futures Data for @ES (symbol name @ES_TS) but it keeps displaying the word “Error !”. There is no problem downloading D1 futures and Forex data. The error only on M1 Futures data.

I have attempted multiple times over the past two days with the same result with different futures symbols. It is frustrating dealing with simple downloading task like this.

Please help and I believe there is error in the downloading process at your end.

can you please send us the latest log files from the \user\log\StrategyQuant folder into our support email [email protected]? There will be more information about what causes the issues
