ERROR OPTIMIZER V143

When I try to apply parameters in the optimizer in SQL version 143, I get this message: “apply parameters… please wait.” and it won’t let me do anything else, and sometimes I get an error.

Tengo el mismo mensaje de error cuando trato de aplicar los parámetros desde el compilador. Adjunto el log.
