Fractal Breakout

Hi,

I am attempting to build a fractal breakout EA, attached images below but will not trigger a trade. What i am attempting is when Bid price breaks previous fractal to trigger a trade.

Also i wish to keep placing trades when TP is reached, first time i have used Algowizard and any help much appreciated.
