Help with making EA for pending order and custom management

Hello, I’m trying to figure out how to create an EA for a trading system I’m using manually at this time. I enter two orders per currency pair, one buy stop & one sell stop order, complete with entry price, SL & TP. If and when an order is triggered, I need to have the EA manage each trade in this manner: once the open trade hits 75% of TP I would like to move SL to 50% of TP. (For example, if my TP is 40 pips, if the order gets to 30 pips in profit my stop loss will move to 20 pips.) If possible, I would also like to have the other pending order canceled once the triggered order is in at least 10 pips profit as well. Thank you in advance for your help.
