how to create a Filter on daily timeframe , while developing on H1 ?

hi there,

I would like to create strategies on H1 , with kind of a filter on Daily timeframe. unfortunately I am struggleing to get it set up.

Can you Guys help?

so my plan is to have the daily timeframe like a filter, so the builder only looks für signals on H1 , if on the daily timeframe the ADX(period 14) is above 20

with this filter in place, I would like to get the builder to build/ test on 100 building blocks , to see which would works best.

I would be greatful if you guys could help me in that matter. thanks in advance
