How to recover lost .str file from the .mq4 file

I somehow deleted an important .str file for one of my strategies. Thankfully, I had already exported the source code and have it running in an EA. So I have the .mq4 file.

Is there any way to “rebuild” the .str file from the .mq4 file (other than doing it manually)? I don’t have the pseudo code and I’m not a programmer but I can read code OK. If this is possible, is there an article or forum post that describes how to do it?

There is no way to restore a delete str file after its been deleted,
use a third part software such as:
https://www.easeus.com/
https://www.piriform.com/recuva

Thanks to both Karish and notch for your responses. Both suggestions are effective solutions. Karish’s idea was the approach that worked the fastest for me since I already had a deleted file recovery tool but just had not thought of that option.
