I can’t choose a second condition

I don’t know why but I can’t choose a second condition in menu while I’m creating an EA in wizard. For example I would like to create a simple condition Close(1)>Open(1) but the only condition to choose as a second one (open1) is some kind of boolean variable. Check the screen attached. Thanks for help.
