Trying to make an indicator showing indecision bars with Ea-wizard

Distance between open and close should be less than a percentage of distance between high and low.

((Hi-Low)Variable) > Mathabs(open-close)

Result is all over the place, some are right but most are wrong.

What am I doing wrong?
