    Hi,

    I am unable of importing symbol data and tried changing all the Data Format options.

    Hi,

    you need to remove “.” (dots) from the date format template like “yyyyMMdd”. This should fix it

    Hi

    I am having the same problem in importing M1 data. Even after deleting the `dots’, the same message appears.  The files are attached

    However if i import the tick data, there is no problem

    Please assist

    Hello,

    just tried M1 data exported from TD to load into USDJPY with no issues. Can you upload the zipped minute data somewhere so I can test your file?
