limit new open trade

Hi

Many times when  the price crossings  moving averages, I fill many orders in a row, one after the other. I would like to limit trades, perhaps with a condition like

– if  market positions is short : do not open other trades

Or

If market position is short  : open next trade after x bars

use go short Rule “enter the market short” with “market is flat” condition or use money management with % Maximum from equity
