MT5 ea wont work – failed with code 1 – any ideas?

Hi,

I have just run into a problem whereby my MT5 conversion wont work but the MT4 does. I have been doing this for quite a while and nver had this before. Any ideas anyone.

Attached are the relevant files. It trades the EURJPY on H1.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

works for me good. See the clip attached.

Make sure you have all custom indicators installed and compiled as well as the latest version of MT5 is installed

Hmm. Thank you.. are there new customer indicators in the last couple of months? If not I have them installed.

Also what is your version of MT5 mine is version 5.00 build 2690

Yes, please update the SQX indicators from the latest build /custom_indicators/MetaTrader5/Indicators folder. There are some new like sqFractal for example which is required by this strategy
