Need a License Reset for QA4 asap and no one answering…!

i wrote an email to support but no answer till now..

I tried to reset my license here: https://www.strategyquant.com/licenses/resetLicense

it says: Error 500 CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection.

for some reason, im stuck now i cannot continue my work….. please help asap!
