Please help me build this strategy.

Hello
I am happy to join you and I hope you can help me build a strategy based on the highest candle volume in the past week. If the price is lower than the bottom of the candle, we place a pending sell order and at the top of the candle, a buy stop with a double contract with the closing of the sell deal if the buy order is activated
The frame used is 30 minutes
