Please help understanding why this strategy does not work

Can someone help me understand why the attached strategy, created with AlgoWizard (from SQX b119), does not work?

Hello,

I have tried to export the project into MT4 and compile the code and it seems there is a bug with the project that needs to be checked by developers. I will create a task for this so they can verify whats wrong with the structure.

I wanted to run this strategy in SQX retester and optimizer. I did not try exporting to MT4.
