Point value pip size and step for CFDs

Hi,

I cannot find the values to insert when import data from dukascopy from Indexs / cfds.

Please, I need the value pip, size and step of Ibex35, DAX30, Stoxx50, CAC40, and Hongkong.

for CAC40, EURO50 or DAX30 indexes you can use these settings: point value 1 USD, pip step/size 0.01

It would be useful to set up a table for setting other instruments than currencies, which are explained in the videos.

How about Indices?

USA Major Index ? (which index is this?), USA 500 Index (S&P500), USA 30 Index (Dow Jones), USA Composite Index (is this NASDAQ)?, AUSSIE200, Hong Kong 40, Japan 225, UK 100,  Europe 50, Germany 30 (DAX), Switzerland 20 etc,

or Commodities

BrentCrude, WTI Light Crude, Copper, Gold, Silver
