Range breakout

Hi, I have some doubts as I am not able to get it, I attach the steps of the strategy and wanted to know if it is possible to perform it:
1- Range of candles to look for the breakout in American opening.
2 – The range is half an hour before the opening of the American session, we will take the 29 candles of 1 minute.
3 – Sell limit or buy limit above or below the range.
4 – my main doubt, is it possible that the SL is calculated automatically in the middle of the range?
5 – TP is the SL x2
