RSI / MACD Divergences as indicator or predefined condition

RSI and MACD divergences are used a lot in technical analysis and it would be nice to have such an indicator, that maybe also includes a parameter for the strength of a divergence.

do you know any good indicator that ‘detects’ divergences as those mentioned?
