Hello,is it posiple to seT the builder (NO ALGO WIZARD) to create strategies with rule trigger on every tick and no on bar open?

Unfortunately not, there is no setting for this in the builder, You would need to setup a template in AlgoWizard that has the trigger mode set to every tick
