How to make several strategies to work on one account?

each strategy tracks its own record of trading and initial balance but on one account

not easy to make multiple different MT4 accounts and windows OS users

You have to open for example 5 eurusd charts . Attach on every chart a strategy and set different magic number

You have to go into the MQL4 code and adjust the fractional risk to take into consideration only the p&l from that strategy. So use sqGetTotalClosedPLInMoney (or whatever it is called) etc. You can make this adjustment globally in StrategyQuantX\extend\Code.
