signals does not update in code regardless

so today i made an indicator to spot some candles patterns , the problem is that when i shift the signal the code does not update at all!

also when i change it from (up arrow) to (down arrow) the code also does not update!.

i tried to run the EA wizard as admin, tried to close\open the project many times

see the video below (i used an online site to check the differences between two codes, they’re identical !)

in my case, i waas making an indicator, the signal always appears in the same place no matter how much i shift it

Ok, try to export it as an expert advisor if possible
