SQ142 always crashes after running for 1-2 days

Hello,

since installing SQ142, SQ always crashes within the build process after building strategies for 1-2 days.

I installed completely new (not upgrading from previous version) – just transferred individual data from the old installations (as described in your migration path).

Attached you can find the current logfiles with the errors.

Please fix this fast, as this is not acceptable for such an expensive software.

Sven, apologies for your issue.

The first thing you could try is to use another Java version (Graal)

Download this https://download.oracle.com/graalvm/24/latest/graalvm-jdk-24_windows-x64_bin.zip

Unzip and copy all folder to SQX/j64

There are existing files and folder in your SQX/j64. You can rename the folder to j64_old and make a new ‘j64’ a copy downloaded files into it

Let me know if your SQX works better

I tried with this version of Graal Java, but system still crashes regularly.

Attached you can find the logs from the last crashes.

The sotware is absolutely not usable for me at the moment.
