SQX slows down after running for few minutes plus cpu usage issues

The build process initiates at a relatively high speed but subsequently slows down significantly, resulting in an overall inefficient and prolonged build time.

Additionally, CPU usage during the process appears abnormal. Please see the attached CPU usage graph for reference.

win server 2022
