Stochastic Value question

Hello,
how can i get the lowestValue of Stochastic last 10 Candles ?

i like to set follow rule:
high [0} is over the High from the last 10 candles
and
Stoch main cross Stoch signal under value 30 at within the last 10 candles

then go long
